Can university students apply for part-time positions?

Yes — but we are currently looking for strong gamers,  If you are highly skilled in competitive gaming, understand game mechanics deeply, and can consistently perform at a high level — we welcome you to apply. At the moment, we only accept students who are available during long vacation periods (e.g. semester breaks or extended holidays), where you can commit consistently. 

Short holiday availability (a few days or one week) is not open yet.

However, we plan to gradually introduce more flexible short-term opportunities in the future.

How does Yuumie Lab operate internally?

We believe performance and contribution should be recognized. Our team operates with a transparent internal ranking system. Every 1–2 weeks, we review performance and reward outstanding contributors. In addition to base compensation, we also provide performance-based bonuses and extra commission tied to project output and results.
