At the beginning of the interview, candidates will be asked to reconfirm the following:

This step ensures all information submitted during application is accurate.
Before the gameplay assessment begins, we will provide a brief overview of our labor/service agreement, including:
Scope of work
Performance expectations
Payment structure
Confidentiality terms
Code of conduct
Each candidate will receive a copy of the contract for review.
Candidates will be given:
30 minutes to familiarise themselves with the Steam English version of Delta Force
Adjust settings (sensitivity, keybinds, graphics, etc.)
Understand map mechanics and basic controls
This session is not graded — it is for adaptation and preparation.
Candidates will then undergo a 2-hour live gameplay evaluation of Delta Force.
Different language versions may be used
Performance will be assessed in real-time
Evaluation criteria include:
Scoring Factors:
Mechanical skills (aim, recoil control, reaction time)
Game awareness (map knowledge, positioning, rotation)
Adaptability across different language versions
All performance will be scored on-site by the evaluation team.
